Rose Stout concentrates her practice in the area of domestic law. She represents clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, equitable distribution, child support and alimony.

Rose has been a North Carolina State Bar Board Family Law Specialist since 1991. She has extensive trial experience at the district court level and has spoken at family law seminars on various family law issues. Rose is a mediator and arbitrator and has acted in both capacities in family law matters.

Rose has been a Board Certified Family Law Specialist by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization since 1991.  She is also listed among North Carolina Super Lawyers® for Family Law, Best Lawyers in America, and 2014 Business North Carolina Legal Elite.
